Job Description:

A24 is looking for an administrative assistant to provide support to our International Sales Team. Responsibilities will include general administrative tasks, film market coordination, and international servicing support. This person is a detail-oriented self-starter with a client-focused attitude and approach.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage various administrative aspects of the International business
  • Maintain day-to-day schedule for assigned member of the International team, including long-term management of meetings, projects, and priorities
  • Handle sales meeting scheduling with external clients for 2-3 salespeople during film markets, managing different time zones and clients for whom English is a second language
  • Arrange international travel – secure visas, book hotels, coordinate local transportation, and handle other travel-related logistics for members of the International team as needed
  • Assist with logistical and administrative aspects of a film market – setting up sales offices, booking transportation, welcoming clients, coordinating technical set-up, etc

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 1- 2 years of professional experience in a fast-paced business or service environment
  • Motivated self-starter skilled in planning, multitasking, time management and organization
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets preferred
  • Driven, efficient, curious, and resourceful
  • An interest in international business
  • Additional languages a plus
