Job Responsibilities:

Microsoft aspires to help our customers achieve their own digital transformation, leveraging the power of Microsoft solutions and support offerings. To this end, Microsoft invests in a dedicated Customer Success team (CSU) that will help Microsoft customers successfully realize their business outcomes.

CSU solutions areas includes Modern Work, BizApps, Data & AI, Security, Security, App Dev, Azure Core and Cross Solution.

Cloud Solutions Architect (CSA) provides technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products. CSA assists the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/ solutions.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field with a minimum of one semester remaining after the internship.
• Technical certification in Cloud would be a plus.
• Passion for technology and customer obsessed.
• Displays strong stakeholder and relationship management across senior leaders, partners, and customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English, analytical and presentation skills.
• Valid work authorization required.
