Day in the life:

We are currently seeking a Production Management Intern to support the Disney+, Disney, and Pixar Content organization at Eastham Studios. The candidate will work closely with the Senior Production Manager and Production Manager on the team across all aspects of production and production logistics. The candidate will also have the opportunity to learn from various departments within the organization such as Post Production, Animation, Creative Production, Studio Relations, Content Marketing, and Studio Operations.

Responsibilities :

You will…


  • Prepare monthly reports and source data from various departments
  • Be present at creative and legal kick off meetings for all parts of production
  • Brainstorm creative concepts for future videos on the social media platforms
  • Attend production shoots as needed
  • Review and audit production documents

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Prior production and/or marketing experience
  • Familiarity with the brands and franchises of The Walt Disney Company
  • Passion for and basic understanding of the entertainment industry

Required Education :


  • Currently enrolled as a junior or higher, or must have graduated within the past 6 months from an accredited college/university, earning a degree in Mass Media, Film, or Marketing

Internship Eligibility:


  • At the time of application, must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months OR currently participating in a Disney Internship
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program, concurrent to this internship
  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization

Work Environment


  • This internship will be located in Los Angeles, CA and interns must be able to provide their own housing and reliable transportation to and from work
  • This will be a hybrid working situation with some days in the office and some days working remotely each week
  • The internship requires a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated work space for working remotely.
  • The approximate dates of this internship are May/June through August 2022
