Disney Tax Financial Planning & Analysis and Modeling (“Tax FP&A”) is a key component of Disney Tax that provides team members with varied opportunities to build skills and empower the tax professional of the future. Responsibilities :

A Day in the Life…

Tax FP&A is a dynamic group of tax planners who are passionate about making the tax world a better place via problem-solving and data analysis. Every day in Tax FP&A will be different. On a given day you might:

  • Assist in preparing a tax forecast
  • Work closely with Tax FPA team members to help Tax Compliance and Tax Operations teams to identify pain points and solutions to streamline efficiency
  • Develop tax models that tell the story of our present and point to the best path forward for our future
  • Engage in ad-hoc new projects
  • Become an architect of automation for various tax processes

Basic Qualifications :

What We Are Looking For…


  • Desire to learn
  • Experience as a good teammate with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of tools (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience using SAP
  • Familiarity using Alteryx and/or other ETL tool(s)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerApps (i.e., Microsoft PowerQuery, Microsoft PowerPivot)

Required Education :


  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and taking at least one class, or be a recent graduate of an accredited college or university within the last six (6) months at time of application, or be currently participating in the Disney College Program, Disney Culinary Program or Disney Professional Internship Program

Preferred Education :


  • Preferred focus on Accounting and/or Data Science

Additional Information :

Internship Eligibility:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization
  • Program Dates: The approximate dates of this internship are June 2022 through January 2023.
  • Candidate must be available to work part-time hours (approximately 20 hours per week) for the duration of the internship
  • Able to provide own housing and transportation in the Los Angeles, CA or Orlando, FL area

    • We provide limited housing opportunities for Florida-based Professional Interns through American Campus Communities, for more information click here.
    • California based Professional Interns will need to provide own housing
