You will live and breathe Employee Relations and in this role, have the opportunity to lead the ER framework with the support of key stakeholders across the business, People department, and our colleagues in Legal.

What will you do?

  • Own and structure the ER function to enhance the overall employee experience process
  • Provide sound judgment to high risk and complex cases
  • Develop appropriate methods to support business growth ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Up-skill and train line managers to keep key stakeholders informed of existing and new changes in Employment Law
  • Lead the ER team to close cases through a clear tracking and reporting system of cases: disciplinary, working conditions, change programs etc
  • Manage a team of 5 Employee Relations focused employees.

Requirements

You got it!

  • Deep understanding of employment law and regulations namely TUPE, DSAR’s, tribunals etc
  • You’re the expert that can provide practical employment advice that considers the legal framework, the employee experience, and commercial drivers
  • You have experience managing DSAR’s / Gender pay gap reporting requests and processes
  • You’re strong in Microsoft Excel and can run basic formulas in your sleep and create dashboards (don’t worry, we’d never ask you to).
  • Thinking commercially comes naturally to you. Is willing to think outside the box
  • You experienced fast-paced, international, scalable environments before
  • Has managed ER teams before, projects, and owns the end to end of all ER processes and policies
  • Nice-to-have: Good knowledge of GDPR and can project manage creatively
  • Nice-to-have: Experience of risk and governance (without being a bottleneck to the business)
  • Nice-to-have: International / EU Legal experience
