Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate file management for Store Ambassador Photoshoot assets in our North America region (1200 Ambassadors)
• Support tracking completion rates for Store Ambassador Photoshoots
• Partner with brand and/or production teams to deliver Ambassador Photoshoot files to our printing vendor(s)
• Support communication and resource creation for Youlu and the Ambassador Hub and Zipline
• Coordinate and action updates within our GSM Roadmap
• Execute product ship-outs and gift card loads as needed
• Support the design and execution of new and existing Ambassador program offerings as needed

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented, highly organized and a track record of effective prioritization
• Appetite to learn within Sports Marketing and/or Operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
