We currently have an opportunity for an Undergraduate Intern to work with our Series team.

The 20th Studios Series team is responsible for creating hit series such as, THIS IS US,HOMELAND, SONS OF ANARCHY, ONLY MURDERS IN THE BUILDING, EMPIRE, AMERICAN HORROR STORY, MODERN FAMILY, GLEE, 24, THE AMERICANS, POSE, THE CHI and many more.

Responsibilities :

A Day in the Life…

As an intern you will have an opportunity to work closely with all members of our Series team. This will give you a unique opportunity to contribute in the following ways:

  • Reading scripts and providing coverage and personal POV on the material.
  • Building writer and director grids with credits and agency information.
  • Selecting and distributing dailies from our existing and upcoming series.
  • Joining meetings with writers and directors.
  • Shadowing select shows in which you will join all (virtual) meetings and calls as well as engage in all incoming

Basic Qualifications :

What we are looking for…

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interest in the current television landscape. This includes a basic knowledge of current, popular television series and the major platforms and networks.
  • Works well on teams and independently with minimal direction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Previous experience with script coverage.

Required Education :

 

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and taking at least one class, or be a recent graduate of an accredited college or university within the last six (6) months at time of application, or be currently participating in the Disney College Program, Disney Culinary Program or Disney Professional Internship Program

Additional Information :

 

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Unrestricted work authorization
  • Candidate must be available full-time (40 hours/week) from June through January.
  • Candidate must be able to provide own relocation, housing, and transportation. Position is located in Los Angeles, CA.
