Job Description


Do you consider yourself an expert with master data, engineering changes, gathering requirements and documenting with enhanced focus on process improvement? If so, the Product Data Analyst might be the role for you.

This role is considered a Remote role in the United State. Come join us!


  • Owns the process from leading requirements working sessions for projects with stakeholders to draw out the business needs and to ensure requirements are aligned with the business objectives
  • Prepare business requirements documentation, develop process flow models and user cases
  • Imports large amount of data (product part numbers) from SAP into Excel
  • Deep dive analysis of Product Master data
  • Validate that the proposed solutions meet the business requirements
  • Support by conducting business impact and root cause analysis encountered in SAP Master Data
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities and suggest improvements
  • Preparing and presenting project proposals and engagement documents
  • Detailed -oriented to catch potential typos and grammatical errors
  • Prioritizing tasks in order of importance and planning out processes for the department to follow


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; or high school diploma + equivalent work experience
  • 2 to 4 years’ experience in data analytics, preferably in Supply Chain Management and Product Master Data
  • Manufacturing experience (data entry for Bills of Materials, creation of part numbers, working with suppliers, etc)
  • Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques. Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining data within these databases
  • Data collection from Mitel’s operations systems that optimize and streamline efficiencies with quality value
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, to include expert level skillset with Excel
  • Ability to consolidate diverse business requirements and facilitate realistic, common sense solutions
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail, able to proofread and spot mistakes
  • SAP Knowledge of Master data is an asset
  • Agile and or Jira experience a plus
  • APICS Certification is a plus
  • Work independently with minimal supervision on the following
