The Fault Analytics and Solutions team is a key component in providing an outstanding experience for our customers, this is achieved through the development, maintenance & continuous improvements of various data products.
Leveraging the sheer power of Google Cloud technology, we need somebody to help us transform the way we manage Customer comms at VMO2 to build, support and continually improve the experience we deliver.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Advanced SQL skills including merging, managing, interrogating and extracting data
- Proven experience in visualising clear data for non-technical users
- Have a passion for continuous improvement
- Knowledge of creating dashboards using tools such as Data Studio
The other stuff we’re looking for
We’d also love you to bring;
- Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery
- Knowledge or experience with GCP would be hugely advantageous
- Demonstrable experience with collaboration tools including GitHub, Jira and Confluence.
